Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. This full-time role includes medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with the health care team to ensure resident wellbeing.

Candidates must hold Missouri LPN licensure, CPR certification, and prior experience in long-term care. Shifts are 12 hours with rotating weekends and a differential up to $4 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN licensure.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living.
• Current CPR certification and any other relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration and wound care as ordered.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, medications, and treatment plans.
• Participate in staff training and in-service education to stay current with best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care.
