Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility located in Advance, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care to our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring resident conditions
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri.
• Experience in a skilled-nursing, senior living or related setting preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
