Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill in Pleasant Hill, MO is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This is a Full-Time Day/Night role with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends under new management.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and help develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a $500 referral bonus for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri.
• Associate's degree or higher in nursing preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care.
