Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents on a shift basis.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager.
• Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures.
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with personal care activities
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Participating in staff education and training programs to stay current with industry best practices
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff
