Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is actively seeking an LPN to join our care team in Pleasant Hill, MO. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and help develop individualized care plans for residents.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate records, participating in care conferences and family communications to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri.
• Associate’s degree or higher in nursing preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric population preferred.

As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
