Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our premier senior living community. You will provide high‑quality, resident‑centered care, administer medications, perform wound care as needed, and document in the electronic medical records.

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will develop individualized care plans and ensure regulatory compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Compassion, empathy, and a committed approach to providing exceptional care to seniors.

Responsibilities
