Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Poplar Bluff is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time night shifts on a 12-hour rotating schedule. You will provide direct nursing care, assess residents, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and therapists to ensure high-quality care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Missouri LPN license, preferred experience in long-term care, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Assess the physical and emotional needs of residents, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse manager or director of nursing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
