The Pines at Philadelphia Rehab and Healthcare Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care for residents and support unit leadership. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing residents, aiding rounds, and communicating with families. PA license and nursing program completion are required; TB health checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current PA LPN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and with a care team.
• Must pass TB screening and health checks.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Day Shift: Full Time

Evening Shift: Full Time and Part Time

Night Shift: Part Time and Per Diem
