Job summary

River's Edge Rehab and Healthcare Center in Philadelphia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Per Diem for all shifts, with pay between $28 and $36 per hour, and flexible schedule options including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, full time, part time, per diem, and weekend shifts.

You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and support the clinical leadership to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in PA.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Must pass TB screening and required health checks.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
