Riverfront Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking an LPN to provide hands-on nursing care to residents and support unit leadership. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care on day, evening, or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in NJ.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• TB screening and required health checks.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
