Job summary

Avalon Health and Rehab in Pasco, WA seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our caregiving team. Provide resident-centered nursing care and support care plans under the supervision of RNs, with focus on safety and quality.

Hourly pay range $40.00–$50.42 with a 6:00 pm–6:00 am shift differential of +$4.00/hour. PRN opportunities available, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or (or NLC eligible).
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Support the development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
