Job summary

Avalon Health and Rehab Pasco is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pasco, WA. This PRN role offers competitive pay ($40.00-$50.42/hour) with a night differential of +$4.00/hour for 6:00 pm–6:00 am shifts, and new graduate nurses are welcome to apply.

You will provide resident-centered nursing care, support care plan development, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Washington State or NLC eligible.
• Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care.
• Support development and implementation of resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
