Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando in Orlando, FL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support physicians and nursing staff in delivering individualized, high-quality care.

This full-time position offers all shifts, a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, CPR certification, and a strong focus on resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare settings.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care based on individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to enhance resident care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, upholding the highest standards of care.
