Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Orlando, FL. This full-time position requires assisting with medications, treatments, and patient care in a rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate holds an R.N./LPN license in Florida, has active CPR certification, and at least 2 years in long-term care or rehab settings. Join our dedicated team providing high-quality care to residents.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments in accordance with policies and regulations.

• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

• Observe and report changes in residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care based on individualized care plans and physician orders.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to enhance resident care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, upholding the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.

• Current CPR certification.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare settings.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
