Charming Lakes Rehabilitation in Lakeland, FL is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our growing team. You’ll deliver resident-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment and provide timely nursing services across shifts.

Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, following care plans, documenting care, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Competitive pay ranges from $28–$33 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida required.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.
