Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Florida LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehab, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications and treatments per policies.
• Assist physicians and other staff with procedures.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and report changes.
• Deliver patient-centered care per care plans and orders.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized care environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned with high standards.
