Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This role, based in Orlando, FL, covers all shifts and offers hourly compensation in the mid-to-upper range with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include leading nursing care, rounds, resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, staff mentoring, and ongoing education. A Florida RN license and LTC experience are preferred; commitment to quality and compassionate care is essential.

• Lead with excellence by collaborating with nursing leadership to maintain high-quality care.
• Conduct rounds to ensure nursing standards and protocols are followed.

• Participate in surveys and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Conduct in-service trainings on best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and document incidents with proper follow-up.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond promptly to emergencies ensuring resident and staff safety.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and resident experience.

• Lead with Excellence: Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care standards.

• Daily Oversight: Conduct rounds to ensure nursing protocols and standards are met or exceeded.

• Resident Care: Deliver compassionate, person-centered care while addressing resident concerns efficiently.

• Compliance & Surveys: Participate in facility surveys and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering accountability and collaboration.

• Incident Reporting: Investigate and document incidents, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
