Job summary

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide high-quality care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.

You will collaborate with physicians, NPs and families, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs to ensure compassionate, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
