Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Scotch Plains, NJ seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for residents in our SNF and long-term care units. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and coordinate with physicians and CNAs to maintain high-quality care.

The position offers up to $39 per hour during day shifts, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, fringe benefits, and additional perks such as discounts and paid perks.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to provide resident education and support to families.

Responsibilities
