Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Mount Juliet, TN seeks an LPN to join our skilled nursing and long-term care units. The role offers 12-hour shifts with days or nights and a rotating schedule, with immediate start and sign-on bonus considerations.

The LPN will administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide patient care, educate residents and families, and coordinate with physicians and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
