Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Smyrna, TN is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7). Immediate hire with a sign-on bonus. Join our skilled nursing team bringing a fresh approach to resident care.

The LPN will administer medications, including IVs, take vital signs, provide care and education, and communicate with physicians and families. CNAs will be supervised as part of a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate with medical staff
