Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (7-7). We have immediate openings and a sign-on bonus, plus a fresh approach to skilled nursing.

In this role you will provide care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, perform medication administration (including IVs), monitor vital signs, deliver patient and family education, communicate with physicians and NPs, and supervise

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Willingness to rotate days/nights on a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities
