Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Brentwood Estates, Tennessee, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) to provide skilled nursing care on our SNF and Long Term Care units. Duties include medication administration, including IVs, taking vital signs, and coordinating with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs.
