Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Forest Hills, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7).

You will provide skilled care for SNF and long-term care residents, administer medications including IVs, monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Ability to perform IVs and medication administration.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and staff.
• Supervise CNAs.
