Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating day and night shifts. 12-hour shifts from 7-7 with opportunities for sign-on bonuses and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.

• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
