Saint Therese is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shifts (6:00pm - 10:30pm) in Michigan. The role involves hands-on resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with the nursing team to support individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness.
• Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care.
• Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members.

Currently Available Schedules and Shifts:

Evening Shift:

6:00pm - 10:30pm

20 hours per two-week pay period | Five, 4-hour shifts, include working every other weekend

All positions available include working every other holiday

Pay Range:

$26.71 – $36.25 per hour (based on experience) | *Same Day Pay Available*

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated sound judgment and professional integrity
• Commitment to compassionate, person‑centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in senior living, long‑term care, or memory care preferred
