River Oaks Health & Rehab in Louisville, KY is seeking licensed practical nurses for full-time or part-time day and night shifts. Flexible schedules, every other weekend required for some roles, and a generous sign-on bonus (up to $10,000) are offered.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in KY.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

What You’ll Do:
