Job summary

Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center in Warrenton, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our clinical team. We offer full-time and part-time Day, Evening, and Night shifts, competitive hourly pay and sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

We offer Full-Time/Part-Time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs. Rate of pay: $31.50 to $33.16 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)
