Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and document their care.
• Assist with individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families about health management and care.
• Respond confidently and effectively during emergencies.
• Help create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming home for every resident.
