Qualifications
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Compassionate, dependable, resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for providing exceptional resident care
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring residents and documenting their care
- Assisting with individualized care plans
- Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
- Educating residents and families about health management and care
- Responding confidently during emergencies
- Helping create a safe, compassionate home for residents
