Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing and graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Previous nursing experience preferred, long-term care a plus.
• Excellent communication and resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitoring residents' conditions and documenting changes.
• Assisting with assessments and care planning.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs and nursing assistants.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care by:

• Providing compassionate nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitoring residents' conditions and documenting changes
• Assisting with assessments and care planning
• Supervising and supporting CNAs and nursing assistants
• Maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Responding confidently during emergencies
• Educating residents and families on health management
• Promoting a safe, comfortable, and caring environment
• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care

What We’re Looking For

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• CPR/BLS Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Previous nursing experience preferred (long-term care experience is a plus, but not required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
