As an LPN, you will provide nursing care per care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Previous nursing experience preferred (long-term care a plus).
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate nursing care according to individualized care plans

• Assisting with assessments and care planning

What You'll Do
