Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs and the care team.

Available Shift

Day Shift: 7:00 AM -7:00 PM FT | PT

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM PT

Weekend rotation required.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
