Aventura at Assumption Village in North Lima, Ohio is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time night shifts. Earn up to $33.50 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, shift differential, daily pay, and a strong benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring residents and documenting their care
• Assisting with individualized care plans
• Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care and treatments
• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educating residents and families about health management and care
• Responding confidently and effectively during emergencies
• Helping create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming home for every resident
