Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the health care needs of adults with developmental disabilities in our Indianapolis facilities. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday day schedule with no weekends in a supportive team environment.

You will conduct health assessments, monitor medications, provide care coordination, and participate in semi-annual physical assessments to improve residents’ health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Indiana LPN license required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or long-term care preferred.
• Must be dependable, flexible and able to work with staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, individualized health care management for residents.
• Conduct routine site visits, monitor vitals, assess, counsel on medication administration, document progress.
• Serve as a medical resource and train staff on medical topics.

Job Description

We are seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to help support the continuous enrichment and development of individuals with developmental disabilities in our adult residential facilities in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• CurrentLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)license in the State of Indiana required


• 1-2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care is preferred


• Must be skilled, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff, interdisciplinary team members, and outside agencies


• Ability to work independently and efficiently


• Organizational and computer skills


• Acceptable background check & driving record check
