Dungarvin in New Castle, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in our residential facilities. This full-time role focuses on quality health care management, routine assessments, and medication support.

We offer a Monday–Friday day shift with occasional travel in a supportive, team‑oriented environment and a comprehensive benefits package. Indiana LPN license and 1–2 years of disability care preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana LPN license required.
• 1–2 years' experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Must be reliable, organized and able to work with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, individualized health care management and assessments.
• Conduct routine site visits, monitor vitals, and document progress.
• Train staff in medical procedures and maintain medical records.
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and policies.

Job Description

We are seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to help support the continuous enrichment and development of individuals with developmental disabilities in our adult residential facilities in New Castle, IN.

What You Get To Do:

• Ensure that each individual receives quality, individualized health care management, resulting in their optimal health
• Conducting routine site visits, checking vitals, doing assessments, counseling of medication administration, and documenting progress
• Act as a health/medical resource for staff, training staff in the medical arena
• Conduct audits and reviews of medications
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with state requirements and organizational policies regarding medical care and records

Schedule:

• Full-time Monday-Friday with occasional travel required;flexible hours
• Participate in an on-call rotation for triage of medical concerns for 1 week per month

Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• CurrentLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)license in the State of Indiana required
• 1-2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care is preferred
• Must be skilled, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff, interdisciplinary team members, and outside agencies
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Organizational and computer skills
• Acceptable background check & driving record check
