Job summary

Dungarvin seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in our New Castle, IN residential facilities. You will deliver individualized health care management, perform routine visits, monitor vitals, and guide medication administration with progress documentation.

The role includes training staff, on-call triage rotation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Indiana license required; growth opportunities and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana LPN license required.
• 1-2 years experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary team and staff.
• Background and driving record checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality health care management for individuals in residential facilities.
• Conduct routine site visits, check vitals, assessments, medications documentation.
• Serve as health/medical resource and train staff in the medical arena.
• Conduct audits and reviews of medications.
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and organizational medical records policies.

Job Description

We are seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to help support the continuous enrichment and development of individuals with developmental disabilities in our adult residential facilities in New Castle, IN.

Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• CurrentLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)license in the State of Indiana required
• 1-2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or other long-term care is preferred
• Must be skilled, flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work cooperatively with staff, interdisciplinary team members, and outside agencies
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Organizational and computer skills
• Acceptable background check & driving record check
