Job summary

Regency at Bluff's Park in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee resident care during assigned shifts under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs and ensure continuity of care in accordance with regulations and facility policy.

Responsibilities include planning and directing work, preparing assignments, arranging replacements, and evaluating staff performance.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

The LPN Supervisor is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
