Ciena Healthcare is seeking an LPN to supervise and coordinate resident care at Regency at St Clair Shores. The role involves overseeing CNAs/STNAs, planning assignments, and ensuring safety across shifts in Michigan.

Contract: Part-time 8 hour afternoon shift & Full-time midnight 8 hour shift available

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
