Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care unit. A sign-on bonus is available, and we offer competitive wages and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, direct resident care, and education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to perform 12-hour shifts and manage IV medications if trained.
