Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care units on a full-time, rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (7-7). Immediate hire and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, and providing education to residents and families, while coordinating with physicians, NPs and CNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• 12-hour rotating shifts available days or nights.
• Full-time schedule with 7-7 shifts.

• Provide care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
