Job summary

The Blossoms at Eureka Springs Rehab & Nursing Center in Eureka Springs, AR, seeks a licensed nurse to oversee resident care rounds, observe physical, emotional and social needs, and coordinate with physicians and staff.

The role requires an RN or LPN in good standing, at least 2 years of long-term care nursing, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment.
• Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed practical nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
