Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts in a flexible scheduling environment. You will provide compassionate nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong clinical and medication administration skills.

• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Provide direct nursing care and assist residents as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide education and support to residents and their families
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards
