Job summary

The Blossoms in Eureka Springs, AR is seeking a compassionate registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to join our long-term care team. This role requires evaluating residents' needs, coordinating with physicians, and supervising care under minimal supervision.

Qualified candidates will hold AR nursing license, have at least two years in long-term care, and demonstrate strong organization, judgment, and mentoring skills to support staff and residents.

Qualifications

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents

Prepares and administers medications charts as required

Administers treatments

• Job Requirements


• Long term care experience preferred


• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment

Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed practical nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas

Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills

Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
