Job summary

The Blossoms in Hot Springs, AR seeks a dedicated nurse to join our long-term care team. This role involves completing rounds, assessing residents’ physical, emotional and social needs, and coordinating care with physicians and the nursing director.

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with Arkansas licensure is required. The position offers strong mentorship, leadership opportunities and a supportive, low‑supervision environment.

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment.
• Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents
