Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to cover Day/Evening/Night shifts at a long-term care facility in Indiana. The LPN will be responsible for rounds, medication administration, treatments, physician consultations, and communicating with the director of nursing and staff.

Qualifications include IN licensure, minimum 2 years of long-term care nursing experience, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and excellent communication.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents


• Prepares and administers medications charts as required


• Administers treatments


• Consults with physicians
