Beaumont Home Care in Detroit seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes. You will follow physician orders, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care.

The role requires an active LPN license and at least 1 year of acute care experience (home health preferred). Strong communication and compassionate patient care are essential, with on-call duties as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with active license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in acute care; 2 years preferred.
• Home care experience desired.
• Effective communication with patients, families, physicians and co-workers.
