Job summary

Redcrest Homecare seeks a licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes, following physician orders and established care plans.

The role requires strong communication with patients, families, and care teams, plus the ability to manage on-call duties and drive to scheduled locations. A valid LPN license and acute care experience are preferred.
