Redcrest Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Indiana. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and educate patients and families on care plans.
The role requires strong communication, compassion, and adherence to Medicare guidelines, with schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and on-call coverage as needed. A sign-on bonus is available.
