Colonial Nursing and Rehab in Crown Point, IN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in a skilled facility. You will work under supervision of a registered nurse and support daily patient care, medication administration, and documentation.
Shifts include Part Time 1st Shift, Full Time/Part Time 2nd Shift, and PRN 2nd/3rd Shift with pay between $30 and $32 per hour. Comprehensive benefits and education assistance are offered, along with daily pay options.

Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse of this state
Must be 18 years and older
Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
